For this intimate Saint James Paris elopement, Ashley and Viv envisioned something timeless, romantic and a little cinematic. A day that felt less like a traditional wedding and more like a beautiful chapter of their story.
Getting Ready at Saint James Paris
The day began at Saint James Paris, a beautiful hotel tucked away in the 16th arrondissement. With its elegant interiors, distinctive Parisian character and intimate atmosphere, it was the perfect setting for the beginning of their elopement.
Rather than rushing through a long list of planned photographs, we allowed the morning to unfold naturally. The little details and the excitement of what was to come became part of the story.
Private Wedding Vows in Parc Monceau
From Saint James Paris, we made our way to Parc Monceau, one of the city's most beautiful gardens. Surrounded by greenery and classic Parisian architecture, the couple exchanged their vows in an intimate moment shared only between them. There was no need for a grand ceremony. Just two people and the city around them. Afterwards, we wandered through the park and the surrounding streets, creating a collection of photographs that felt natural and spontaneous.
A Little Espresso Stop in Paris
One of my (and Viv’s, by the way) favorite parts of this Paris elopement was also one of the simplest: stopping for a quick espresso before heading back to the hotel. It's these seemingly ordinary moments that often become some of the most meaningful memories. A little pause in the middle of an extraordinary day, simply enjoying being together. The afternoon ended back at Saint James Paris, bringing their intimate celebration full circle.
